Operation & Maintenance (O&M)

Crane Erection & Commissioning
Port crane installation is far more than assembling components on a quayside, it is a multi-phase engineering process demanding precision, safety compliance, technical depth and seamless coordination between civil, mechanical and electrical teams.
We execute the erection work under the guidance of the OEM. Our certified teams follow strict manufacturer and international safety standards to manage the entire assembly, from correct bolting and structural alignment to electrical and PLC system commissioning, culminating in rigorous load testing and functional verification so every crane is certified, safe and ready for high-performance operation from day one.

Load Test, Calibration & Dock Safety
The Load Test is the final, non-negotiable step to verify a crane's safety and capacity before operation. It involves subjecting the crane to certified test weights, typically 110%-125% of the Safe Working Load (SWL), to confirm structural integrity, stability and braking effectiveness.
This includes a Static Test (holding the overload stationary to check for deformation) and a Dynamic Test (performing full movements to verify brake and mechanism functionality).
Successful completion validates the calibration of all safety systems, particularly the Load Moment Indicator (LMI), and results in the mandatory Certification Document required for legal and safe operation.
